Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Tech / Porter in Corsicana, TX. The role is 70% janitorial and 30% light maintenance, sharing an on-call rotation with the Facilities Director.

You will handle daily cleaning, maintenance tasks, and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years janitorial experience; maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of janitorial experience.
• Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to walk the property and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep/vacuum public areas, stairways, halls, laundry rooms daily.
• Wet mop/vacuum building interiors three to four times weekly.
• Dust light fixtures and clean walls monthly; replace bulbs as needed.
• Clean pool per supervisor schedule and pick up grounds trash daily.
• Report damage or vandalism in writing to supervisor.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Work with Facilities Director on maintenance and capital projects.
