Job summary

ALO is seeking a Warehouse Facilities Tech III to perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling components within the Fulfillment Center. You will follow safety guidelines and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, efficient product flow.

Key requirements include experience with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC, PLC troubleshooting, and strong electrical/mechanical skills.

Qualifications

AAS in engineering related field preferred.
5-10 years of related experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Strong electrical background and PLC knowledge.
Conveyor and/or sortation experience.
Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using drawings and tools.
Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance in the Fulfillment Center.
Work with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC.
Troubleshoot PLCs and I/O devices.
Maintain safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
Complete work orders and documentation.
