Job summary

Alo is seeking a Facilities Tech III at our Memphis Fulfillment Center to lead maintenance on automated material handling systems. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform audits, and coordinate preventive maintenance to support smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with PLCs, 3-phase power up to 480 VAC, and a strong background in conveyors and sortation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
5–10 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and/or installation.
Strong electrical background with knowledge of low voltage controls and PLC.
Conveyor and/or sortation experience.
Solid electrical/controls troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
Performs audits, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of automated material handling system components.
Troubleshoots PLCs and external I/O devices.
Maintains inventory of tools and completes work orders.
Works at heights and coordinates maintenance activities as needed.
