Job summary

ALO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Fulfillment Center. You will perform audits, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated material handling components, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems up to 480VAC.

The role requires willingness to work at height and in varied conditions, with safety standards and documentation for work orders. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience and a strong mechanical background, plus the ability to read

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of mechanical/technical maintenance experience.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures.
Strong math and inventory accuracy skills.
Commitment to safety practices including lock-out/tag-out.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians in repair and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance within the Fulfillment Center.
Work with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC for repair and installation tasks.
Carry out preventive maintenance and repair per safety/quality guidelines.
Resolve mechanical and controls issues and document work orders.
Work at heights and operate in varying temperatures; assist with tool inventory and safety certifications.
