Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a Facilities Tech III for the 3rd shift to perform electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and mechanical tasks across casino properties. The role requires hands-on maintenance, safety awareness, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ related engineering experience in a large hotel/casino or an AA degree with five years’ experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ related engineering experience in a hotel/casino with 750+ rooms.
• AA Degree in a related field with five years’ related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, mechanics, electrical and electronic systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing equipment and related systems.
• Install and repair audio/visual, CCTV, alarm and control systems.
• Perform painting, carpentry and drywall preparation as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests with courteous, timely service.
• Maintain and repair refrigerators, boilers, and HVAC components.
• Operate tools and machines including lathes, welders and testing devices.
• Ensure safety and compliance across maintenance tasks.
