MANE Lebanon, Ohio is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility equipment within the development center. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor systems, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting production operations.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent with trade-school experience preferred and the ability to work with standard tools.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school or equivalent experience related to facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and proactive measures.
• Ability to safely use standard powered and non-powered tools.
• Ability to apply methods in maintenance, inspection, repair and renovation.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility-related equipment.
• Monitor critical facility systems for proper operation and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records and PM documentation.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility emergencies promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in emergency response activities.
