Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-protection systems across the property. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related fields.

You will review work orders, set priorities, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to maintenance calls. Excellent English communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential; confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, and finishing trades.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review work orders and set priorities.
• Install and commission equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Inspect kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with standards.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust HVAC equipment and systems.
• Repair, clean, and maintain plumbing fixtures and drains as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Respond to maintenance calls and assist with snow removal when required.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
