Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and/or finishing trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must have basic math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Reviews work orders and sets priorities; installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspects kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with standards.
• Inspects, repairs, and adjusts HVAC equipment.
• Repairs, cleans, and maintains plumbing fixtures, vents, and drains.
• Performs minor electrical repairs including outlets and lighting; ensures adequate lighting.
• Follows safety, quality, and policies; maintains confidentiality.
• Performs preventive maintenance and responds to maintenance calls as directed.
