Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Technician at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This role supports the Facilities department with upkeep of building systems, safety maintenance, and daily operations to ensure a reliable healthcare environment.

You'll perform routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, conduct safety checks, and assist with material transport. Schedule is days and weekends, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Testing, inspection, implementation, and upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems.
• Routine manufacturer-specified maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, and minor repairs like bulb replacement and leaks.
• Ensure high-traffic areas remain safe and free of debris, hazards, snow, and ice.
• Manage distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between facility locations or storage.
• Daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear, nurse call systems, utility panels, and communication systems with safety/regulatory compliance.
