Job summary

Bally's Stateline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine tasks across building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance. You will respond to guest needs, coordinate with maintenance staff, and document work performed and materials used.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and OSHA certification. English communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders for maintenance issues on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, pool, electrical).
• Interacts professionally with guests.
• Responds to emergencies as requested.
• Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
• May perform a variety of maintenance tasks based on experience and certification.
• Prepares records related to work performed and materials used.
• Complies with OSHA safety requirements.
• Must wear a mask while working.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and electrical issues.

• May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
• Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
• Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
• Must be able to wear a mask while working.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

Must be able to obtain any required State, County and/or Local licenses/registration, if applicable.

OSHA Certification required.

Language Skills:

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer knowledge preferred.
