Overview
This role is ideal for those interested in the behind-the-scenes systems that support professional kitchens and food service operations. Team Members gain hands-on experience maintaining clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environments while working alongside culinary and hospitality teams in a high-volume restaurant. Team members in this position learn how equipment care, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance directly impact food quality, safety, and guest experience. No prior facilities experience required — training provided.
Current needs
We are looking for a team member to work morning shifts focusing on facilities maintenance. Not looking for afternoon or evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preventative maintenance systems for commercial kitchen equipment
- Assist with tracking and reporting equipment and facilities tasks
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and service areas
- Respond to basic facilities needs in collaboration with leadership
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Model pride and accountability in kitchen and facilities environments
Skills & Experience Gained
