American Campus Communities seeks a Service Supervisor for University Village at Prairie View in Prairie View, TX. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and support vendor relationships to ensure timely, quality service for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in residential facilities maintenance, HVAC or CPO certification preferred, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. This role offers opportunities to lead the team and grow with ACC across properties.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance is required.
• HVAC certification preferred and/or CPO certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, supervise, and train maintenance team; ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Perform work order processes, close-out, verification, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in property turn processes and coordinate with vendors for efficient execution.
• Assign and perform preventive maintenance tasks and update maintenance plans.
• Conduct inspections of public areas and resident apartments to maintain standards.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper operation of facilities equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with national vendor partnerships.
