Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifaceted Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain MEP systems across assigned properties. The role includes rotating 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am shifts, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the workplace.

Responsibilities include servicing HVAC, boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems, and energy management, with on-site duties and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, VAV and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment, control gauges, and thermostats for comfort.
• Repair doors, ceilings, rails, floors, and other general property repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance per C&W standards and manufacturer recommendations.
