Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on boiler room and building systems. You will document tasks in the CMMS and assist in troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.

Requires a high school diploma or GED with technical training and 2–4 years of related maintenance experience; valid driver's license and ability to work 1st shift with some weekends are required.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED, with advanced technical training.
• 2–4 years of relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations experience.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs under supervision.
• Operates and monitors basic utility system infrastructure and maintains records.
