Town of Vail is hiring a Sweeper Operator / Maintenance Technician in the Facilities Department. Expected Hiring Range: $23.58 - $29.24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical or plumbing trades.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical procedures, tools, materials, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate small equipment daily, including a sweeper.
• Clean, maintain and perform some repairs on Town of Vail parking structures.
• Perform general building maintenance: plumbing, electrical and custodial tasks.
• Assist mechanical maintenance workers to keep facilities well maintained.
