Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or 2 years of college or technical school preferred.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations is a plus.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for internal facility requests.
• Manage and track work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Support space planning and office moves.
• Assist with building security and access control.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing).
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs.
• Assist in emergency procedures and incident response.
• Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
• Demonstrate competency in duties and ongoing learning.
