US Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a specialist to manage personal property and space usage while supporting branch administrative services. You will apply USDA and GSA policies, collect data, and prepare documents to aid program operations.

If selected you will be responsible for personal property management, space management and supports branch administrative support services processes. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-09 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
Applying agency or USDA, and GSA laws, regulations, and policies to assist in space management and personal property management activities to provide guidance and evaluate the potential impact of policy or procedural changes with supervision.
Identifying routine issues, analyzing administrative or facility-related information, conducting research, and compiling accurate data to support decision-making and the development of recommendations for program improvements.
Preparing clear and well-organized written materials and communicating effectively with peers, serviced organizations, and stakeholders to relay program information, coordinate activities, and support organizational objectives. OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR, 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.M., if related
Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this grade level.
Applicants may have combinations of successfully completed education and specialized experience to meet total qualification requirements. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify for that grade level.
