Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC is seeking a Facilities Support to maintain and improve 5S and BRC standards at our Appleton, Wisconsin site. You will help keep the facility tour-ready, lead small groups on housekeeping tasks, and work with Quality Services and Maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency on the floor.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic math, CAD reading ability, and familiarity with drills and grinders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read CAD drawings of buildings and floor plans.
Proficient with basic hand tools (drills, grinders).
Basic math skills and computer literacy (email, MS Office).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Mobile equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support 5S and BRC standards to keep facilities tour-ready.
Lead small groups on 5S and housekeeping projects.
Collaborate with Quality Services and Maintenance teams.
Perform scheduled maintenance on buildings/grounds (painting, sealing, cleaning).
Procure resources and information for 5S activities.
Assist with TPM tasks as required.
Other duties as assigned.
