Job summary

Lakemary is seeking a Facilities Support team member to perform general maintenance, HVAC work, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical/plumbing tasks. The role requires independence, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at our Olathe-based locations.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, maintain a good driving record, and have 3 years of relevant experience in custodian, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General maintenance tasks across facilities.

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, doors, and hardware.
• Perform general labor for housing, buildings and campus projects.

Lakemary is looking for a Facilities Support position for our Facilities Department. A person who is a self-starter, highly motivated and can work independently without close supervision. Work involves duties in a fast-paced environment that require the application of many skills and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner. Perform work out of our Olathe locations.
