Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, sort, and distribute mail and supplies to departments.
• Process outgoing mail and shipments via FedEx/UPS/USPS.
• Coordinate building access procedures and badge issuance.
• Monitor security cameras and ensure building safety.
• Support procurement with receiving checks and vendor coordination.
• Maintain organized mailroom and supply storage.
