Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Moon Corps to lead a high-performing team responsible for facilities operations across housing, lodging, dining, recreation, and education facilities on a remote frontier.

You will coordinate with vendors, implement preventive maintenance programs, and oversee projects to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient environments. Relocation to Starbase, TX and up to 85% travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years facilities management experience.
• 1+ years leading a team or project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage facilities operations across multiple assets.
• Manage third-party vendors to enforce standards and reduce costs.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with goals.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations across housing, lodging, and venues.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for launch and support facilities.
• Monitor construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians for peak performance.
• Prioritize tasks dynamically in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
