Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is hiring a Facility Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient operation of its Fulfillment, Distribution, and Manufacturing Centers in Aberdeen, MD. You will oversee maintenance, repair, and performance of facility systems, equipment, and automation assets, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Role requires 3–5 years in a facilities leadership role, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and uptime standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Advanced skills in Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting of Motor Control equipment including PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and I/O devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Experience managing facility emergencies with professionalism and sound decision‑making under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to produce and analyze performance reports and maintenance records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Safety, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams with Operations, Safety, and site leadership to align on facility priorities and downtime reporting.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with standards.
• Serve as a key member of the site Safety Committee and advise leadership on safety improvements.
• Provide daily assignments, monitor performance, and conduct coaching and evaluations for Facilities Technicians.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and facility readiness to meet fan demand across Fulfillment, Distribution, and Manufacturing operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and grounds to reflect operational excellence and safety.
