Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the safe, efficient operation of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers in Winona, MN. You will lead the facilities team, manage equipment availability, safety, and site improvements, and partner with Operations to maximize uptime and fan experience.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role emphasizes data-driven decisions, AI-enabled insights, and non-standard hours to support a fast-paced environment at Fanatics.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in Facility Leadership within a Fulfillment, Distribution, or Manufacturing environment.
• Advanced skills in Material Handling Automation, Manufacturing Systems, and Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatics Systems.
• Hands-on proficiency diagnosing and repairing Motor Control equipment including PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and I/O devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics using diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through facilities-related emergencies in a professional manner.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of the facility, automation equipment, and grounds.
• Lead the Facilities team through daily assignments, evaluations, training, and promotions.
• Maintain site uptime and reliability to support on-time fulfillment and fan experience.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance, ensuring records retention.
• Manage capital projects with budgeting and execution support.
