SEJ Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to manage daily janitorial operations at client sites in Piedmont, SC. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with an hourly pay rate of $18–$20. This position oversees 10–19 staff, ensures safety and quality, and coordinates staffing and supplies on site.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and MVR checks as required.
• Experience managing hourly labor in service environment preferred.
• Positive leadership with accountability.
• Willing to perform hands-on janitorial tasks.
• Strong communication and basic mobile tech skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and smartphone.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure quality and safety.
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach staff; manage performance.
• Serve as primary contact during shifts for client leadership; conduct walkthroughs.
• Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee recognition budgets.
• Execute additional service opportunities and process improvements.
