SEJ Services, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a General Cleaner to join our residential cleaning team. You will remove trash, vacuum, mop, sanitize high touch points, and maintain safe, orderly facilities during Monday through Friday shifts, 7:00 a.m.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Position Title: General Cleaner
• Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00
• General Location: Charleston, SC
• Facility Type: Residential
• Shift Time: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
