The role requires strong leadership, experience managing hourly labor, and excellent client communication. You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory while pursuing service expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly labor in a service-based industry.
• Janitorial or facility services experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule across shifts.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Own daily janitorial operations across portfolio and ensure quality and safety.
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach staff; manage performance.
• Serve as primary client contact; conduct walkthroughs and resolve issues.
• Own labor scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and budgets.
• Identify and sell additional service opportunities; implement process improvements.
