Job summary

Impulse Space is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations across offices, manufacturing, and support spaces in Redondo Beach. You will manage requests, supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and drive renovations to keep buildings safe, functional, and scalable.

The role partners with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Security, and EHS to ensure a safe, reliable work environment and efficient workplace services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in facilities operations or related roles.
• Experience leading or supervising personnel.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors and facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, grounds and workplace services are safe, functional and well maintained.
• Supervise facilities staff and prioritize daily work activities.
• Manage facility work requests and ticket workflows.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Lead expansions, renovations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate office reconfigurations and workspace logistics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure facility readiness.
• Own workplace services including janitorial, waste removal and life safety systems.
• Maintain facility documentation and track projects.
• Support emergency facility response and after-hours needs.
