Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee CSU facilities, supervise janitorial and kitchen staff, and coordinate daily operations. The role supports the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit and reports to the Director, ensuring safety, scheduling, and compliance across campus locations.

The position requires on-call rotation participation, attention to safety, and collaboration with multiple teams. Benefits include health coverage, generous PTO, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and four years of job-related experience.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
• Must have valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Candidates must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Facility Janitorial/ Cleaning Service and Facility Kitchen Staff.
• Assist with Facility Team Scheduling and safety drills.
• Oversee Security Operations and vendor coordination for CSU.
• Monitor and balance staff PTO, timesheets, and attendance in UKG.
• Enter and track all Facilities Maintenance Requests in MaintenX.
• Perform monthly safety checks and infection control procedures.
