Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. The role focuses on supervising facilities staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and forklift certification. You will manage vendors, oversee budgets, and respond to emergencies, while maintaining strict safety standards and reliable

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Forklift Certified.
• Ability to use powered tools safely.
• Working knowledge of basic construction tools.
• Demonstrates good safety practices.
• Ability to manage vendors.
• Working knowledge of general facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports local facilities emergency needs, 24/7.
• Prioritizes daily work of Facilities Techs.
• Supervises local projects as needed.
• Advises manager of expenditures.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled nonexempt employees.
• Typically supervises 2 or more direct reports.
• Performs basic to moderately complex repairs of equipment, including electrical.
• Support facilities emergencies.
• Use a computer for simple functions.
