Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day cleaning of buildings with leadership to staff.
• Ensure each building is staffed according to budget and staffing plan.
• Meet with building staff regularly and complete inspection reports daily.
• Report discrepancies to the Division Manager and follow up on deficiencies.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned and notify management of attendance issues.
• Inspect buildings to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
• Take initiative to resolve problems when staff are unavailable.
• Assist in ensuring supplies, paper products, and equipment are available.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is safe, clean, and in good working order.
• Develop positive relationships with building contacts and meet regularly.
• Recommend services to improve cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
