Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience.
• Electrician, HVAC and/or Plumbing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for facility maintenance and daily oversight.
• Manage, supervise and train staff and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement maintenance, energy conservation and preventive plans.
• Coordinate subcontract work with quality control to meet standards.
• Oversee work orders, budgeting, scheduling and staff development.
