FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician on 2nd shift in Indianapolis, IN to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, cranes, compressors, packaging machines, HVAC, fire systems and other production equipment. You will use the CMMS daily, read electrical schematics and blueprints, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires heavy lifting, weekend shifts when scheduled, and occasional transfers between facilities.

Qualifications

• Seven years as a technician performing electrical/mechanical repairs in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong Electrical with the ability to troubleshoot with PLCs.
• Must pass an assessment for Sr. Facilities Technician

Responsabilités

• Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of conveyors, overhead crane, compressors, packaging machines and related systems.
• Uses CMMS daily to log time, communicate turnover items and repair comments.
• Replace lighting ballasts and fuses; reset overloads.
• Perform general plumbing, carpentry, painting and drywall, and outdoor duties.
• Work extra hours and weekends when scheduled; may transfer between Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities.
• Support safe, efficient operations and other duties as assigned.

SENIOR FACILITIES TECHNICIAN - 2ND SHIFT

Salary Range: $33.00 To $36.00 Annually

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the following systems: conveyor/extendo systems, overhead crane, compressors, packaging machines, energy management systems, HVAC, fire system, shoe sorter/tower, tilt tray systems, cross belt sorter, printer, labelers, scanners, PC terminals, scales, forklift trucks, other powered equipment and any other current or future maintenance or building services system not listed. If unskilled, may be required to train on these systems.
• Uses the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) on a daily basis to enter time spent on projects/repairs, communicate turnover items to supervisors and other shifts and to enter repair comments
• Replace lighting ballasts and fuses; resetting overloads
• Perform general plumbing duties such as piping and threading; troubleshoot and repair water heaters and repair/replace pumps.
• Perform general carpentry, interior/exterior painting and hanging drywall, replacing carpet.
• General outdoor duties on company property and grounds as required
• Must be able work extra hours and weekends when scheduled by the supervisor, and accept temporary transfers between the Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities
• The work is physical in nature and requires heavy lifting, bending, reaching, push/pull movements and exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Other duties as assigned that support the business and its efficient and safe operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the ability to perform mechanical and preventive maintenance on all distribution equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams and blue prints.
• Seven years as a technician performing electrical/mechanical repairs in an industrial environment.
• Strong Electrical with the ability to troubleshoot with PLCs.
• Must pass an assessment for Sr. Facilities Technician
