Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supervisors to direct and coach a facilities team in a manufacturing environment. You will set schedules, drive morale, and lead safety, production, and HR updates to keep the team informed.

You will pioneer staffing, performance reviews, and development of technicians, while partnering with managers to ensure proper staffing and timely payroll approval in Kronos.

Qualifications

  • Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
