Job summary

Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking an FMS-KSA Facilities Structural Engineer Intermediate to support the Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS NEXT Facilities Lifecycle Management program. The position is based at Redstone Arsenal, AL and requires a US citizen capable of obtaining a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include facility planning, design, construction management, and cost estimating across multiple sites, with up to 50% travel (CONUS/OCONUS).

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Background check and drug screening.
• PE license or advanced degree substitutions allowed for experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility planning, design, real property acquisition, construction management, and cost estimating.
• Support facility engineering designs, construction project teams, and on-site equipment systems integration at multiple sites.
• Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) documents and analyze tasking requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel including design and construction agents.
• Travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Brief customers and finalize engineering documents for approvals.
