Job summary

Hill City Sports Center is seeking reliable, hardworking Facilities Staff to support maintenance and custodial operations. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and fully operational for athletes, families, and guests.

Join a team responsible for courts, fields, restrooms, and equipment spaces, performing routine custodial tasks, basic maintenance, and assisting with event turnovers and transitions as needed.

• Ability to follow instructions and facility procedures.
• Basic maintenance or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, courts, fields, and common areas
• Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Set up, break down, and reset equipment for leagues, camps, events, and rentals
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report larger repair needs to management
• Assist with event turnovers and facility transitions between activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and equipment areas
• Support exterior maintenance tasks such as grounds upkeep or snow removal when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
