Job summary

Vomela is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The role covers routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and supporting daily building operations to ensure a positive experience for employees, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, assisting contractors, and keeping equipment and supplies in good working order to contribute to a comfortable and productive workplace.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock restroom, kitchen, and facility supplies as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain facility grounds, including sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor common areas as assigned.
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies.
• Support contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel as needed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
