Job summary

A PSA Sines procura um profissional com experiência em gestão de manutenção de facilities para liderar as atividades diárias da infraestrutura civil (Terras e água), assegurando um ambiente seguro e o funcionamento ótimo. É responsável por planejar, definir e coordenar as obras, implementar rotinas de segurança, inspeção preventiva e a gestão de contratos com fornecedores.

Requer licenciatura em Engenharia Civil e, idealmente, inglês e português fluentes.

Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada em gestão de manutenção de facilities ou equivalente.
• Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil com mínimo de 3 anos de experiência.
• Capacidade de planeamento, organização e liderança, com boa comunicação em ambientes multidisciplinares.

Responsibilities

• Definir, planear e coordenar a execução de todas as obras de manutenção na infraestrutura civil (Terras e água), cumprindo normas de saúde e segurança.
• Implementar rotinas e procedimentos de segurança, inspeção, manutenção preventiva, correctiva e preditiva.
• Gestão de outsourcing e contratos de serviços.

Descrição de emprego:

Maximum goal of the role (mission):

The role is responsible to manage all the Facility-related daily maintenance activities.

Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

Well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment following the new Sustainable practices while reducing operating costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, Plan and Coordinate the execution of all the maintenance works required on the “Civil” Infrastructure (Land and Water) meeting the health and safety standards;
• Implementation of routines and procedures for safety, inspection, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Outsourcing and Services Contract Management;

Desired profile

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance management or relevant experience;
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational and leadership skills;
• Good analytical/critical thinking;
• Graduation in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field;
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an expanding company;
• Good knowledge Portuguese/English (Preferable).
• Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization;
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas;
• Customer service and problem solving oriented;
• Proactivity, Integrity, Resilience, Commitment and Responsibility;
• Good interpersonal relationship skills, flexibility, and dynamism;
• Results-oriented planning and organisation skills;
• Confidentiality skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Strong project management skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum experience of 3 years.
