A KCS IT procura um PMO sênior para atuar num modelo híbrido em Porto, já com mudança para viver em Portugal. O candidato ideal tem 6+ anos de experiência em PMO e forte background em SAP/ERP, gestão de riscos e coordenação de equipas multiculturais.

Qualifications

• PMO com pelo menos 6 anos de experiência.
• Experiência prévia em projetos/programas SAP/ERP.
• Experiência em ambientes complexos e internacionais.
• Experiência coordenando equipes multidisciplinares.
• Fortes competências em gestão de riscos, issues e escalonamento.
• Gestão orçamentária e controle financeiro dentro de projetos.
• Gestão de stakeholders, incluindo alta gestão.
• Experiência com fornecedores e parceiros externos.
• Conhecimentos em procurement / supplier management valorizados.
• Habilidades organizacionais, analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
• Capacidade de lidar com várias prioridades e stakeholders.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais.
• Inglês fluente é requerido.
• Português fluente é requerido.
• Desejável experiência em grandes transformações SAP ou SAP S/4HANA.
• Experiência em ambientes SAP ERP.

We are looking for an Amazing: PMO Seniority: Senior-level (6+ years) Type of position: Hybrid model in Porto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have:

• Solid professional experience in PMO for at least 6 years.
• Previous experience managing SAP / ERP-related projects or programs.
• Experience working in complex and international project environments.
• Proven experience coordinating and/or managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience in Risk Management, Issue Management and Escalation Management.
• Experience with budget management and financial control within projects/programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Experience working with external vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Previous exposure to Procurement / supplier management is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluent in Portuguese is required.
• Nice to Have Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or other SAP ERP environments.
