Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain and upgrade our Ontario, CA building. The role focuses on maintaining electrical lighting, HVAC, generators, doors, locks and fire protection systems while supporting minor renovations and workstation setups.

The position requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with strong benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
