Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Facilities Specialist for its California Ontario location. You will maintain electrical lighting, HVAC, generators, doors, plumbing and furniture to keep the facility safe and efficient.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Pay is $30–$40 per hour on-site, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
