Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain our Ontario, CA building. The role focuses on maintaining electrical lighting, HVAC, generator systems, and general building upkeep to keep a safe, attractive workplace.

We require 3+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma, ability to lift 70 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour and positions are on-site with benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
