Job summary

Uline Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead daily building operations, ensure safety, reliability, and adherence to company standards across our expanding campus. You will supervise the facilities team, manage maintenance projects, conduct audits, coordinate with contracted vendors, and respond to emergencies on site.

• Bachelor's degree preferred and driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership of daily Corporate building operations, ensuring facilities are safe, reliable and meet company standards.
• Supervise and develop the facilities team, setting priorities, assigning work and driving accountability.
• Oversee facilities and maintenance projects across multiple buildings, systems and assets.
• Conduct building audits to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for contracted vendors providing maintenance, janitorial and other facility services.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
