Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year direct experience managing facilities and space utilization in higher education or health sciences.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Preferred: degree in Project Management or demonstrated experience in managing the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with campus space management systems, BMS, and CMMS software.
• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP or CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning and act as liaison for space surveys and utilization tracking.
• Oversee routine facilities operations and manage vendor SLAs and inspections.
• Manage full lifecycle of administrative projects and monitor budgets with milestone reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA and health standards; develop disaster protocols.
• Analyze administrative data to identify KPIs and risks; prepare program schedules.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
