Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in business operations and processes preferred.
• Contract management, facility leasing and facility management experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Willingness to travel locally and across the state.

Responsibilities

• Attend a regular, predictable schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct facility reviews, resolve issues, and guide Local Office Coordinators.
• Analyze space use and manage agency space allocations and leases.
• Develop specifications and manage regional service contracts (janitorial, security, HVAC, etc.).
• Coordinate with FS warehouse and asset management for records and surplus items.
• Supervise and assign work to support staff and handle special projects.
