Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Denver seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee tenant buildings and critical systems, coordinating upgrades and budget approvals. The role partners with executives and vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

  • Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events
  • Coordination of internal facility communications and liaison to landlord
  • Collaborates with Security, IT, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with technical standards and support audits
  • Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution
  • Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance employee experience or operational efficiency

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Required Education

Bachelor

Required Years Of Experience

Minimum of 4 years of related work experience

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Background in facilities, office space and/or property management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Budgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience
  • Teaming and collaboration skills
  • Team tasking and planning skills with the ability to work with outside vendors
  • Project Management experience
  • Schedule flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Corporate Office Property Management or Facilities Engineering background
  • Experience with commercial leases and vendor contracts
  • Familiarity with BAS, HVAC, or Backup Power Systems
  • Familiarity with CAD / Space Occupancy Planning Tools
Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denver only):

$75,140.00 - $125,233.00

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.

Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a "9/80 schedule," meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.

Benefits and work schedules may vary for union-represented hourly positions and are described in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
