Job summary

United Launch Alliance seeks a Facilities Operations Specialist 3 to coordinate a corporate campus with multiple buildings and labs. You will lead maintenance planning, vendor management, and space occupancy tasks while partnering with executives on key initiatives.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, vendor coordination, and collaboration with Security, IT, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to ensure compliance and efficiency. Denver area role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in facilities, office space or property management.
• Budgeting and Microsoft Office tools experience.
• Teaming and collaboration skills.
• Team tasking and planning with outside vendors.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility team activities to support a corporate campus with multiple buildings, labs, and warehouses.
• Plan and oversee maintenance of tenant buildings and critical systems.
• Manage budgets, vendor sourcing, and projects for facility improvements.
• Oversee maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering.
• Manage space, occupancy, metrics, moves, and hybrid desk reservations.
• Engage with executives to support corporate initiatives and events.
• Coordinate internal facility communications and liaise with landlords.
• Work with Security, IT, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to maintain standards and audits.
• Support vendor contracts and facility budget execution.
• Research industry trends and identify efficiency improvements.
