Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Site Support Services Specialist to assist in the operation and maintenance of our Global Headquarters campus. You will provide administrative, inventory, and facilities support for office, lab, and research environments to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires coordination of material purchases, strong organizational skills, and the ability to respond to facility-related issues, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years facilities support, maintenance coordination, or related experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems for purchasing, inventory and work management preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory, maintenance coordination, and facilities support for office, laboratory, and research environments.
• Support operation and maintenance of Air Products' Global Headquarters campus.
• Coordinate material purchases and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to facility-related issues and participate in on-call rotation.
