Air Products in Allentown, PA seeks a Site Support Services Specialist to support operation and maintenance of the Global Headquarters campus. Responsible for administrative, inventory, maintenance coordination, and facilities support across office, lab, and research environments, ensuring safe, efficient building operations.

Requires strong safety mindset, excellent organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP purchasing/inventory experience preferred; on-call rotation participation

• Experience with SAP purchasing, requisitioning, PO, invoicing, and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory, and facilities support for office, lab, and research environments.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and asset management; support facility operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to facility-related issues as needed.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general facilities management activities as required.
