You will oversee campus facilities operations, coordinate maintenance activities, supervise contractors, run preventive programs, and support facility projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of facilities maintenance, maintenance management, or facility operations experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and supervising contractor services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and leadership at all levels.
• Proven ability to build relationships and support customer and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for critical facility systems (HVAC, central chilled water, boilers, power, water, solar, fire systems).
• Use CMMS to run work orders, schedules, and asset records; manage preventive/corrective tasks with internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Fix issues in mechanical, electrical, and control systems; perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support facility improvement projects and space reconfigurations.
