The incumbent will manage scheduling, training, safety compliance, and client communications while maintaining records and coordinating with vendors. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required for onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in diverse facility maintenance/ops management.
• 5 years’ experience managing janitorial contracts in moderate to high scope.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect custodial and related services at the facility.
• Interpret and execute contractual requirements within scope of performance.
• Create schedules and maintain staffing levels; train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations; manage subcontracts as needed.
• Prepare service estimates for client representatives; maintain records and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients; review submittals and performance.
